- Review Agreements of Purchase & Sale for new & resale properties recommending amendments where appropriate
- Review condominium documents for new & resale transactions
- Arrange for title insurance (purchases and mortgages)
- Conduct title searches & other background searches
- Draft purchase/sale/mortgage documentation
- Calculate closing adjustments for prepaid items (such as property taxes)
- Co-ordinate receipt & distribution of closing funds
- Finalize the closing
